Musikmuseum Basel

Switzerland has many great museums including a museum of architecture and a museum of music. The museum called Musikmuseum is one of the nicest museums in the city of Basel. The building that houses the museum was once a prison. When the museum was first started they had only around two thousand instruments. However with a great many donations to the museums they have a huge number of instruments on display for visitors to the Musikmuseum to learn all about.
