 "The proprietress and her staff were vry helpful"
Pros: The proprietress and her staff were vry helpful. knowing that we were not prepared for the cold since it was only autumn, they loaned us 2 winter jackets. the rooms were neat and clean, the location was excellent, parking was free. a small set-up that was very professionally run, yet it felt like home. we loved it, my daughter was sad to check out.

Cons: A lady without prior checking with her staff made allegation of we having lost the keys.not only that she further stated to charge 47 chf as charges.when we asked her to check with her staff she confirmed and apologised.wrong presumptions cost us to loose our train connection.

You will find our small, cozy, family run hotel with 12 reasonably priced and tastefully decorated rooms, located in the center of Interlaken in the pedestrian zone "Jungfraustrasse". The rooms are all cozy and clean with a shower and toilets. Hair dryers and adapters are available free of charge at the reception. The owner welcomes you personally and will be delighted to advise you on activities and trips in and around Interlaken. If you are a keen biker do not hesitate to talk to Polo Rosas, he is a passionate mountain biker! He normally goes on biking tours in the afternoon and would be very pleased to take you with him and show you the nicest parts of the area. You can book any more adventurous activities (Rafting, Canyoning, Bungy Jumping, Paragliding ect.) at the reception.Breakfast and Taxes are included in the room rates.
