Pros: Hotel location close to interlaken west rail station and main street. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with sightseeing directions. breakfast was plentiful, triple room was quiet and ample in size. free coffee/tea facilities a great service provided in the lounge area, which was also stocked with a good supply of games, videos, and books.

Cons: Bathroom obviously 'added in' to original room at some time, bit like a contiboard box in the corner!
