Cons: Upon arrival we were confronted by a not overly eager receptionist. having checked into our room and went to bed somebody tried to gain acces to our room. when i opened the door there was a female outside who claimed that we were in her room and should me her access key. i called reception and was told there must be a mistake. it transpired that the not too enthusiastic receptionist had not registered us as having been allocated the room.
