Some of the nicest places to visit in Europe are the parks. The cities in Switzerland have some of the very best parks in Europe. The city of Geneva has many lovely parks to visit including the park called Parc Geisendorf. This is definitely one of the nicest places in the city to go to relax and enjoy nature. This huge park is 51,300 square meters in size, so there is no problem with it getting crowded even though it is popular.

The Parc Geisendorf is primarily a great place for children; although it is a very relaxing and enjoyable place for adults to go as well. There is a very majestic sequoia tree there to visit and so many more lovely trees. The land of the beautiful park was once agriculture lands but was eventually sold to the city of Geneva in the year 1931. Although still large, the park is a bit smaller since the construction of the school buildings there in 1952.
