Pros: Convenient to the railroad station and all the action.
staff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Hard to find the hotel the first time. no tourist information or lobby computer. cold shower sunday 8:30 am. small lockbox.

Cons: Your powerpoints could be user friendly, i was unable to plug in my mobile phone for charging due to the strange points you have (yes i had the correct adaptor for europe but could not use it at your hotel, all other hotels where fine?)
