Cons: Had a very heavy suitcase and had to carry it two flights of stairs. although there was an elevator, it wasn't well marked.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and considerate throughout our stay identifying local facilities and attractions plus helping with our transportation requirements
Cons: Unfortunately we had a very inconsiderate gentleman in the adjacent room who shouted into his mobile phone from the crack of dawn causing immense annoyance although with help from the hotel staff this was mimimised to an extent.

Cons: The hotel is very basic looking for a 3-star hotel.. also, the staff were very noisy that i waked up because of their voices. they try to open the door without knocking.
