Noisy, dingy, and small; the bed was a fold-up and if we had been less tired i don't think we would have slept much.Lenihan

The 'hotel' is a 2 minute walk from lake geneva and a 5 minute walk from the old town and cathedral so it is an ideal location to be for sight seeing.Firstly, the hotel is not a hotel. it is a building of long term use apartments. the taxi driver said they it is used mainly by students. the decor was poor and the bathroom was grim! the floor was dirty and littered with pubic hair. the bed was also very worn and neither of us slept well. dont get me wrong, i am not a moaner, but this place was 3 out of 10 at best. once outside the hotel though, its location was ideal.Anonymous

I like that they had internet availble for their guests. it made my stay much more easy. also they gave free tram, train and bus passes which was a really nice perk.We bought a pizza to cook in the kitchenette and the oven was not working. i called the front desk to tell them and they would not do anything for us until the next morning. so we couldn't cook our pizza.Anonymous

Hotel staff was the worst i have ever encoutered. they were not helpful at all, never knew that people might ask them questions. could not answer about location of sites, change money to smaller amounts, etc. worstAnonymous
