"Great location close to train station and the lucerne bridge"

Pros: Great location close to train station and the lucerne bridge
Cons: Poor quality of service, and overpriced. promised little extras that they didn't deliver after being promised four times. restaurant staff incompetent and rude - messed up our order and forgot my mother's meal, not apologetic and tried to blame us for not ordering correctly, when they didn't listen! overall very poor experience, wouldn't stay there again and certainly wouldn't recommend it.
