 "Charged extra CHF 6 on credit card after we left without permission for city tax"
They charged us extra city tax even though easytobook.com confirmation indicated that it included all taxes. They charged on my credit card once I left hotel after arguing with receptionist that if my slip says it includes taxes then why they are charging again. They agreed on it but later I find that my credit card is charged with this amount. This is not a good sign of a good hotel & service. Their morning breakfast included with bread which had fungus on it. I can say that if anyone had it, they will definitely have to go hospital for treatment. They don't have any restaurant or any kind of service inside the hotel.
