A good location, part of the old city gate and so easy to find on arrival. room was clean. the one person we met (evening and following morning) was very pleasant. breakfast ok.
The hotel was closed when we arrived at 2pm and did not open until 4pm. the room was small and the corridors narrow - it seemed to us like a rather unsatisfactory redevelopment. it was slightly more expensive than most of the other swiss hotels we strayed at and was not therefore good value for money.
