The location is very practical as next to the train station.The room was made timely and the bathroom was perfectly cleaned up.Complete breakfast and a kind service.The bed was not very comfortable.

Room and price correct and confortable ,verry nice garden with swimmingpool, excellent breakfast, only 6 min. to walk from the trainstation and 10 min from the centre and the lake

Very nice hotel, well situated close to railway station. Very kind staff. Food in the restauraunt is good however not fantastic - like in a hotel restaurant. Lugano is generally very expensive so the prices are relatively high.
