Reservations Chalet RoyAlp Hotel & Spa have to be cancelled 720 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).From 1st April 2010 to 18th december 2010: The cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before the arrival date is without charge. A cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date will result in a payment of 1 night. From the 19th December 2009 to 30th March 2010: The cancellation of the reservation will lead to the full payment of the stay.
