Pros: Location was great. it is within walking distance from zurich hb train station. being that it's a very expensive city, this was a huge plus since we didn't have to spend any money on a taxi. most of the people there speak some english, so finding our way around the city was easy. the hotel's front desk service is 24 hours. wi-fi is not free there, but their wired internet is. there are 2 computers at the lobby for guests to use. the first 30 minutes are free of charge. we booked a quadruple room and were told we got one of the largest rooms at the hotel during the time of check-in. indeed, the room was very spacious compared to all the other places we had been to previously. we enjoyed the extra space we had. the bathroom was of decent size. the room was clean. breakfast provided there was great. overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: The price! it's the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip and wi-fi was not even free!
