 "Not a nice experience"
they oversell the hotel on the website. we asked for special diet and they said it was possible, but when we wanted to eat it was not. we asked for a quiet room, but we were woken up every morning by people coming in/out of reception and suitcases rolling on the street.the worst thing though was that the SPA was only for women. one needs to look in detail on website to find this

 "One a the few very good hotels in Suisse"
I recommend the hotel in all aspects since I stay more than 200 nights per year in hotels. Very friendly service, very clean, very good value for money - it is quite different to many other hotels in Suisse where only prices are high but not the service level!
