Signature dishes include local Free-Range Chicken, Oven-Roast veal chop, Bison Tenderloin and Seasonal Vegetables prepared on the wood-burning oven. All main dishes will be served alone and accompanied by side dishes in the centre of the table for guests to help themselves.
