Hi, i did write email to easytobook when i book the resort that i want a pool view and access to pool also but end up nothing was make also. And base on massage , i have a quarrel with the resort there also, end up i give up quarrel. The hotel staff said the agent never tell them anything also. Think is the agent problem and make unhappy thing. I also did ask for arrangement for transport and end up . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
