The only positive experience i find about aspen is the value for money i spent. i used to stay at citadines sukhumvit 23 until i decided to give aspen a try. basically they offer a same standard of quality in terms of spaciness, decoration and facilities, only aspen is cheaper.
You have to walk a long way from the main road to the hotel and the room i was allocated to is a little bit dark with blocked windows.
