Cons: Arrived very late after a long flight. was told we didnt have a booking. i showed an email from the hotel re our room and booking and was still told that we didnt have a booking. after a long wait he found the booking -a spelling mistake.
we got a call in the middle of the night to tell us to be quiet as the room next door had complained. we had been asleep for about 3 hours and i wasnt happy.
