"Baan Laimai"

Great location, large rooms and bathrooms, staff excellant although seem to be young and some at the main desk - if you can call it a hotel reception desk - didn't understand English or other languages plus they weren't able to make decisions on tricky complaints without having the one main manager there. Saying that the staff handled to desk well and were very organised with paperwork with their limited space. Short staffed in the room cleaners - our room often didn't get cleaned till late in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay there with the constant work going on to the newer areas of the hotel. They need to continually do maintenance on the rooms - we had a leaky tap under the bathroom vanity and the wooden floorboards were lifting up in a bulge at the beginning and end of the large living area. They need another computer for use in the main area as it was always busy. We would stay there again.
