Rawai Beach according to Phuket–Kata beach tourism is the first one opened to tourists. This beach is located in the southern tip of Phuket. It is also the spot where boats embarked before going to other islands nearby like Phi Phi and Racha Islands. This casuarina-lined seashore has an exotic charm that makes it one of the sought after Phuket–Kata beach attractions. Sundays are usually busy as many people come here for a picnic. It is somewhat of a tradition for families to go here.
