 "GREAT LOCATION"
Great location. Staff were very helpful. Only complaint is the room was so warm and had to leave the air-con on which was fairly noisey. But for location it is perfect. Highly recommend it.

 "Clean, well managed hotel"
My boyfriend and me stayed two nights in this hotel. Overall our experiences were positive: our room was clean and surprisingly silent, equipped with coffee/tea machine. The WiFi connection was reasonable and there was a "business center" where you could print boarding passes, tickets, etc. We had to stay an additional night in NYC, unfortunately this hotel didn't have any available rooms, but they allowed us to stay there and use their facilities (dining area, printer) until we could go and check in in another hotel. And when we checked in to that other hotel (which was basically just across the Times Square and where the price was almost double), that's when we really started to appreciate the Broadway@Times Square - smelly hallways, paper-thin walls so noise from the street and also from the neighboring room, far from perfect cleanliness.Next time I need to travel to NYC I will definitively try to stay at Broadway@Times Square Hotel.
