Good value for money. breakfast is good, restaurant is is bit pricy though.
Yes, staff seems friendly until you do not agree with them. they tend to get aggravated very easily and are then not very helpful at all, as was my experience when i asked them why i needed to pay 100tb per 100 minutes for internet if stated stated otherwise on my booking confirmation. internet service at this hotel is very poor (one line shared amongst 4 hotels), and 99% of the time you need to pay for this service and is not complimentary as indicated by your website.
