Reservations Best Western Samui Bayview Resort & Spa have to be cancelled 360 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior during the High Season (11 Jan-15 Apr, 16 Jul-31 Aug), 7 days prior during the Green Season (16 Apr- 15 Jul, 1 Sep-23 Dec.). If cancellation is received later than the indicated period, the customer agrees to allow the hotel to charge a cancellation fee for one night. No-show policy: the customer agrees to allow the hotel to charge for one night. Early check out will be subject to one night charge.
