Pros: Easy to find, helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Rooms need updating, we had 2 rooms, in one there was broken furniture and a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and in the other the curtains were inadequate for blanking out the illuminated hotel sign outside the window.

Cons: Cleanliness, hotel ragged in hallways, no alcohol (supposedly 5 star) it is a 2 star + hotel. breakfast on roof where it is very hot (no ac)
