 "Bad Service"
They forgot about my wake-up call, luckily I woke up myself (otherwise I would have missed my bus). Although I booked a transfer to the station, they couldn't drive me in the morning. So, I had to rush and walk with my luggage to the station with no wake-up-call and no transfer! Horrible beds with hard springs!
