Cons: I booked a double bed room but they gave us twin bed room , when i told them that my reservation is a double bed they said they dont have a double bed available,,, when i insist they finaly gave me a non clean room , we had to wait for an hour , after that the room which they gave me was very wet ground so we cant walk or stand!!!! and it last 2 days without drying it
Cons: When i made my reservation was in euro and when i paied, i paid in turkish and the hotel use a high exchange rate which is not fare.
Cons: Carpets of corridors and rooms need further cleaning
