Cons: Rooms are extremly small. no chair, shelves or hooks in deluxe room. breakfast is adequate, but all the same during entire week
Cons: The room was smaller than we expected. the food could have been better, because it looked like some of the food was older than a day.
Cons: Breakfast is a little poor.
Cons: Small rooms
Cons: None , great value for money
Cons: 1. when i booked my return shuttle to the airport, the desk clert/manager refused to call the agency to confirm for me, telling me that he's had lots of problems with them. the agency told me that they don't know anyone at the hotel and weren't aware of any problems. the bottom line is that this hotel manager was bitter about me having booked my shuttle elsewhere. the hotel's shuttle is 25 euros and the agency was 4 euros. hotel managemenet should never show their disappointment about something like that, and the one clerk was very clearly bitter.
2. the mini bar fridge was filthy inside.
3. the door to me room could be opened with a credit card or pen cap. i complained to management that my door could not be sufficiently locked and they said it would be repaired the next day- it never was, so each time i would go on an excursion, i'd worry about whether all my stuff was going to be there when i returned. it also caused me to have to leave my computer and other valuables at the reception each time i would go out.
4. breakfast service could have been a little better. overall, though, thke food was ok.
