Cons: 'there was no water for a few hrs and it took them 6 hrs to come and clean the room!

Pros: I thought the pool area was good, and the spa was professional.
Cons: It is not a great location if you want to go to the main tourist areas. taxis take ages (because of heavy traffic) to get to the main sites, or you have to get on a packed tram - it is far from a 5 star experience.

Pros: A hotel with well insulated rooms, perfect for an undisturbed good night's rest in a city that never sleeps!
Cons: We stayed in the hotel for three nights. the airco did not work properly on the first day, but was fixed on the second day. the complementary tea/coffee & sugar sachets were never refilled after the first day, and not even a small spoon was provided. the pizza kitchen restaurant is extra-ordinarily expensive!

expected much better service for the price we paid!
