Pros: 1-very friendly reciptionest especially mr.ozden & mrs.betul,special thanks to them .
2-location is near the historical places.hotel has back door which minmize the time to reach to the old city .
3-hotel over all is clean with nice fregrance .
4-hotel room service(apart from daily cleaning)is great ,your request would be answered on spot .
Cons: 1-classic double room is enough for one person only ,very small bed for a couple .
2-room cleaning were very very poor.you expect a service of 4 star hotel to be good one ,we always return to room and only the bed is arranged !!
3- wi fi connection ,you should login every now and then as its always log you off if you are not active .and the password is your passport number !!
