Pros: Has a lift which is tiny but a real bonus. staff were fantastic! breakfast was included in room price.
Cons: Family room directly across from terrace/breakfast room which was ok except when inconsiderate guests sat drinking and making noise until the early hours!! not recommended for those with small children.

Cons: This time i did have a few negatives and was mainly due to the new staff or different staff with no or little english. i am a sign language interpreter and when the guy didnt understand what a smaller pillow meant i tried to show him using signs that a child could understand but he brought me a bigger thicker pillow i could jack my car with. everything else was great but my biggest shock was my last day when they tried to charge me 4500 lira for my room and when i said it should be 450 lira they could not grasp the minor error in their calculation insisting 4500 was correct. they only realised when i took their calculator and physically showed them that 180euro x 2.5 was 450 lira. not 1800 euro.
im sorry to say but because of this mistake i will be looking to choose another hotel on my next trip to istanbul.
it saddened me that as i do enjoy the hotel and friendly atmosphere of the place.
oh my other negative was the tv was not in english and the wireless internet did not work very well even tho i tried my device standing almost beside the router in the hall.
