Santa Ottoman Hotel Istanbul  

Pros: The hotel is very convienient for shopping , it is in the center of the souk. excellent location for shopping.
Cons: Nothing negative. it is v. comfortable for staying a period of time im istanbul.

Pros: Friendly staff, great location.
Cons: Rooms weren't very soundproof, so sounds from the corridor could be heard very easily.

Pros: Very pretty hotel. good breakfast. good value for money. very comfy beds. very clean rooms. really great location...right by taksim square and metro/bus stations.
Cons: Most of the hotel staff didn't speak english, which was kind of tricky.

Pros: Location of the hotel is excellent, taksim is really central and it is main point for all transportaion route.
hotel personnel is very very kind and helpful.they are always smiling. we really love them, they were like a friend.
hotel room was very comfortable. beside it is winter the room was to much hot. heaters were working very well.
they also provide us a free airport transportation. it was very nice, we really like this offer.
although, in comment section every body complanint about noises, we didn't heard any irritating noise from clubs.
i could recomend the hotel every body who wish to visit all parts of İstanbul city.

Pros: Fastest hot water of any hotel we stayed at in turkey; breakfast was lovely; staff friendly.
Cons: One of the windows in our room didn't close. a staff member came up and tried to fix it by pulling all the weather stripping off, which meant more noise got in. the next day the window popped open again.

Pros: Very helpful front desk staff.earnest attempts to communicate in english.lovely location but be aware there is a brain poundingly loud disco adjacent to the hotel that rattles the walls well into the night. i wore earplugs and it was fine but older folks could find the volume alarming.

Pros: They were very helpful in every sense.
Cons: The girl that assists during breakfast should learn english or should not work there; it is very strange not to be able to bring your friends to the room because of security policy!?! those were not strangers but friends i know for years.
