"Could be better"

Location: Not good area, between car repairs and cargo warehouses, 5' minutes walking from tram station, 5 stations away from the centre. I booked a "Deluxe room" plus extra bed for my 14 y.o. daughter. The specific room is just for two, no space for even your second suitcase. At my complains the manager answered that there is only one type of room, "Deluxe" room does not excists, the "private kitchen with full-sized refrigerator/freezer and coffee/tea maker" i read at my voucher does not excists and never was, "ensuite bathroom with jetted bathtub and separate shower" was just a shower cabin and "city / sea view" was a view to a car wash (washing cars until 2 a.m.!!!). The breakfast was poor and without bread after 9,30 a.m.(it closes at 10.00 a.m.) ! The buffet photos at the site is virtual reality. The best of all: They did't know the "easytobook.com", they have not ever listen about it, so they couldn't help me!!!!
