small rooms, sliding doors to bathroom was literally next to the bed, as you get out of bed you are a step away from the door! handy if you have a weak bladder! bedding was never changed, bathroom not cleaned so after 4 days we requested to the cleaner who wasn't impressed by our request and only changed the duvet cover not the sheet! he didn't clean bathroom, floor was filthy and after a request it was hoovered, my husband was itching all over cos of the bedding., he came out in spots. breakfast was boring , same ole cheese and salaami, sausages and fries! you had to pay extra for scrambled fried eggs etc, lifts were out of order most times, sometimes there wasnt any signs up to say out of order and your stood waiting like and idiot. everytime you went to complain to reception they weren't interested and talked over you trying to sell you a tour, boat cruise etc! Only good thing about the hotel was the location.

"they charged me double..!!!!! dont recommend"

becareful if you want to stay in this hotel which i do not recommend based on my experience, they charged me the amount double, once they used my credit card and then they told me that the transaction was declined so they told me to pay in cash which i did, but when i checked my bank account i found that the money was deducted from my account. i contact them before i checked out and the told me that they will return my money but till now i did not get anything..!!!! now it is almost 2 months and they stoped replying my emails to them. i waitted for long time before i write this reviw to give them the chance to take action but i think that they had a long 2 months to refund my money which they did not..!!!!

"Good location"

Pros: Good location. they did upgrade to bosphorus view due to lack of city view rooms.
Cons: The rate sold out was stating breakfast inclusive. however, the staff informed that it is not-inclusive. i have showed e-mail communication which was confirmation by hotel for breakfast.they did checking with management next morning, added breakfast and stated that it was reservation agent's fault: it should not be inclusive. very outdated hotel with very small rooms: we had corner room which might be 12-14sq/m.
