Good location. they did upgrade to bosphorus view due to lack of city view rooms. 
The rate sold out was stating breakfast inclusive. however, the staff informed that it is not-inclusive. i have showed e-mail communication which was confirmation by hotel for breakfast.they did checking with management next morning, added breakfast and stated that it was reservation agent's fault: it should not be inclusive. very outdated hotel with very small rooms: we had corner room which might be 12-14sq/m.
