The Bila Tserkya State Agrarian University is a powerful regional education center that is a leader when it comes to agrarian education. The university has five agrarian technical schools, five research institutes and ten scientific laboratories. The Bila Tserkya State Agrarian University provides training in twelve fields. Those fields are agronomy, economics, biotechnology, ecology, veterinary medicine, law, linguistic, extra mural education, pre-university preparation, improvement of professional skills, further education, culture and art.

The staff consists of twelve academicians, forty-nine doctors of sciences, professors, two hundred sixteen candidates of sciences, thirteen honored workers of Ukraine science as well as honored activists of education, high school, agriculture and culture of the Ukraine. There are a total of nine educational buildings. In addition to being a university it is also a cultural center which helps to form the high moral and aesthetic qualities of younger generations. The university is also known for having twenty amateur art groups some of which have taken national and international awards at folk creativity festivals.
