Pros: Well received. staff were very helpful and responsive. room was very satisfactory. the main restaurant was being upgraded but temporary options were very satisfactory. we had to leave one day early because of an early flight from dubai on 8th sept. reception staff were extremely helpful in facilitating and booking a room at an alternative rotana hotel near the airport in dubai without extra charges.

Pros: May be the only positive experience was that the hotel was nice, but the service was so bad , you feel that every one of the hotel staff is there to try to have as much money as he can . no relax feeling , very bad experience, no way to recommend it for friends
Cons: All my stay in the hotel was negative, the reception was not honest, they tried to force us to pay for breakfast, although the booking was included in the booking.
