With a name like Dubailand, it’s easy to guess what kind of place it will be. The entertainment complex of theme parks is being built in four different stages by Tatweer, a division of Dubai Holding. The project was originally announced in 2003, but the full park complex won’t be open until as late as 2020. The final project will be more than twice as large as Walt Disney World.
