Cons: Yes. the staff at the reception were not only not helful, but were downright rude and unwilling to listen to reason. i ried to talk to one of them about the hotel rate as the rate quoted on the website didn't tell me anything about the extra taxes but she was not sympathetic to what i was so unhappy about. the outside the hotel is also filthy and not landscaped which makes it dirty and dusty environment. the hotel restaurant was also very badly run and the food was expensive and not not tasty.
