 "Bring earplugs!"
Nice location (old part of Dubai), shuttle service to beach and close to Metro. Nice staff welcomes you and easy check-in (we came at 01:00AM)BUT - we got Room 121 which were first floor with no windows (placed in the middel of the hotel) and right above of their party venue that met we had loud music every night untill 04:00. We slept through it but I would not recommend that you take this hotel if you are a light sleeper - bring ear plugs! Room standard was so and so, but we didn't pay much so what can you expect

 "oke hotel"
The hotel is average. Don't expect too much. It's not located nearby the "tourist area". But the metro is nearby and you can take a taxi. The service was good. The bill was higher than i booked, there was an event so they upgraded the price. That was an unpleasant surprise. Always reconfirm the price with the hotel.

 "Clean and well managed hotel...with few minor drawbacks"
The drawbacks:- cigarette smoke/smell in a non-smoking room - most likely coming through the ventillation from another room- no WiFi in the room - complained several times at the reception/technical assistance, they said they will do something about it, but it always became better only for half an hour - at the end we use to browse the internet next to the open front door - then other rooms WiFi became accessible-

Excellent service, very accommodating and flexible. They provided free early check in as we arrived early in the morning. I got an extremely good deal for this hotel and couldn't have wished for any more for the price I paid.

Cons: I was unable to bring guests to the hotel after 2200hrs.

Cons: Rooms were a little dark in the day
chose hotel for the pool, and it was under renovation
had to book city tour 3x to finally get one (desk staff never made 1st 2 reservations)
