Pros: The only positive thing was that the hotel was few steps from metro station and relevantly deira city center - so comfortable for shopping (even if deira city center is not the best one to shop in).
Cons: It is not more then 3star hotel. we've been given the room that had the strange door inside the bedroom(reception answered that the door is locked). after we refused to stay - we've been given the other one. the staff didn't fill in the water and facilities for the room - (1towel per day per person - after we reminded - they have provided relevantly.) telephone line didn't work and they changed the cable. the bidet facility didn't work and finally my husband repaired as we were tired of calling them with claims. the hotel is very old and smells relevantly. when we entered - we been blocked extra amount for minibar - that was not foreseen by the terms that we had with easy.com. we asked after 2 days for the manager - he has given his business card and insured us that all of unused amount will return in 3-4 day max. otherwise he could find out the problem.

Cons: The neagtive was that they charge things that i dind use,for exemple i use the internet for 15 mint and the mutch more times then this,i tried to discuss but soo that the manager didnt wont to find a soluchen and i payd ,and this i didnt like and i not returning in to this hotel and not advice to anyone.

Pros: Good hotel place
Cons: I confirm non smoking room and receive confirmation about that while when i arrive i didnt find the non smoking one and i was obliged to take smoking one.

Pros: A decent value if you use online services to book the room, not by calling the hotel directly. if you are visiting dubai for vacation, this offers some benefits but not many. there are shuttles to dubai mall. you are close to the gold and spice souks. and you can rent a car or use the brand new fancy subway to get to the main part of the city. food is not too expensive either, nice but nothing special.
Cons: Deira is a bit distant from the usual places of business and taxis can be expensive. the beaches are far away. lobby isn't too impressive nor is the rooftop pool. for the most part, staff is nice. front desk isn't the friendliest lot but acceptable.

Pros: It is a nice hotel, very close to the city centre shopping mall. also close to the metro and only 10 minuted from the airport.
