I have never gone through such a horrible time in a hotel, the worst service I have ever witnessed. It started right from the moment I entered the hotel, first the receptionist asked me to give him the copy of the email of hotel confirmation, since I had kept it in my documents I requested him to check with my name which he refused. Finally I had to take out from my bunch of papers then he asked me to submit my passport until I stay there which I refused to submit and asked him to show any government notification in this regard. Having left with no choice he angrily took my passport and said he will return after taking photocopies in 10 minutes, after 45 minutes when I called him from my room he said he needs another 30 minutes as he is busy. Whatever happened during my 3 day stay is a nightmare. Finally, while checking out I asked him to give me the final bill which he refused to give and told me to contact Easy-to-book since they arranged the booking and they are responsible for the final bill. With this review I ask Easy-to-book to kindly let me know if they are responsible for giving me the final bill?I will recommend any one visiting Dubai to avoid this hotel at any cost what so ever.
