The apartments are large & spacious and well-maintained in a great location. Really great.Management is dreadful. Unhelpful before the trip, seemed to think I should be available to let in maintanence etc at times they selected. Rude and indifferent As per my feedback to the Management Company:1) Being assigned a different room to my own meant we needed to pack and move a second time mid-week, rather than the overstaying previous tenant being asked to move so I could settle in 'my' room.2) Staff were almost always late (Tuesday for lock maintenance, Wednesday for switching rooms, Sunday at checkout) 3) Staff rarely replied to emails, there is no voicemail on their phone and so they were difficult to contact prior to holiday. While on holiday when they wanted something contact was almost daily. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday)4) Staff seemed to think I was "house-sitting" and should be available at whatever time they requested to enable maintenance in, swap keys etc, etc.5) Commitments given by staff were later rescinded by the company as errors on the staff's part6) I saw no support in getting a visa despite months of requests, it would be simpler to just say you dont do them. When finally there was any action the fee that would have been charged was more than the eventual price I paid elsewhere.
