 "Heart of Dubai"
Perfect for business, sightseeing, shopping. Very central - Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, Burj Khalifa etc on your doorstep with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Business/financial district 10-15 minutes away. Service excellent, food good, room comfortable and clean. A fair distance from the beach and the pool is small, cold and mainly shaded. So not for sun worshippers. But for a city break, I would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, close the to the burj khalif and the dubai mall
Cons: Room service under-quoted the price on the wine we ordered and many of their wine selections were not available. ordered panini bread for our sandwich but instead got a roll.

Pros: Very well positioned for fountains and dubai mall which are an easy walk. hotel and pool are great with very comfy beds. staff are very helpful.
Cons: Thought breakfast was expensive as was food in general. much cheaper to eat near or in the mall

 "We would highly recommnend this hotel"
Pros: We would highly recommnend this hotel. beautiful hotel in a good location. the staff were extremely helpful, even helping us to find a tour company that would organise exactly the (east coast) day trip that we were looking for. the friday brunch was out of this world and we even got cooking tips from the italian chef! if we go to dubai again we will definitely stay at the qamardeen.

 "This hotel is very well placed near the dubai mall"
Pros: This hotel is very well placed near the dubai mall. i was very impressed with the helpful, attentive staff. the design of the room was excellent; i quite enjoyed the glass partition between the bath and the rest of the bedroom - not everyone's cup of tea, i guess. we unfortunately did not dine at the hotel, but from what i could see into the restaurant, the food looks deliciously prepared and advertising. the adjacent hotel, al manzil has a friendly sports bar, and both hotels arrange shuttles between the two.
i will definitely stay here again.
