Pros: Apparently, i left a credit card in the room, which they called me about and are mailing to me
Cons: When we arrived, they did not have the wueen.king we requested, but wanted to give us two twin beds. they stated we "could push them together to make a queen" they did this to us and 3 other families who had arrived, i complained and they fixed. the air conditioning did not work, the toilet ran all night and did not flush. i had to wait til the morning to have them fix it. in the shower the water did not go down the drown, and there was a huge washing machine in the middle of the bathroom, which made it a very small space. the rihab rotana was a hotel apartment, not a hotel.
