Cons: Breakfast was included on website when booking but not when we arrived at hotel, booked twin rooms through website but not available when we arrived. poor customer service in reception. bar/ restaurant service very slow! fire alarms going off when there is no fire.

"Very clean, comfortable and modern room"
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and modern room. staff were able to provide a map to take us to our event, and recommend late night food services.
Cons: The hotel is on an extremely busy gyratory road system, so you have to go right around the one way system to get to the car park, easily adding another thirty minutes to your arrival.

Cons: It said on the website all hotels bookings were for the room with breakfast, unless it said somewhere that breakfast wasn't included. it didnt say breakfast wasn't included but on arrival we were told it was £8 each extra - we were not impressed and would of booked somewhere else had we known. we thought this was very misleading and a con.
