Bangor has always been a lively seaside resort. At one point it was home to several arcades. Today, the popular spot is located in the Marine Gardens. This is Pickie Fun Park.

Pickie Fun Park is for entire families. Come here and enjoy yourself on the lake. Here, you can relax on a patio terrace while your children make sandcastles or dig in the sandpits. Watch them closely as they paddle around in one of the attractive Swan-boats on the lake. Join them as they dash madly around the track in their chosen go-cart. You and your family can take a ride on the Pickie Puffer. This is a narrow guage railway, one of the type that used to criss-cross Northern Ireland. Another possibility to wear your children down is the adventure playground. Sit back and watch them explore, climb and generally work off the excess energy.
