 "Charming, but needs an urgent upgrade"
Though the staff are welcoming and helpful, this hotel has seen better days, and a 4 star rating is ludicrous.The heating was turned off in the building, so we had to do with a space heater in our cramped, cold room. Chipped furniture, no pressure on the shower, creaking doors, floor-boards, bed, etc.Breakfast finishes at 9.00 AM, also on Sundays ... not my idea of a day off.
