Room is very clean
Iron did not work, when i asked for housekeeping help, i waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up or responded. finally had to check out without ironing my clothes. hotel is far from city center. had to take a taxi back as buses do not run after 7 and i did not know which buses go to the hotel are.

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms are spacious in size and very clean. an excellent hotel that i would stay in again.Afetr i had checked in i noticed there was a sign promoting a deal for a further £15 for a 2 course meal with a drink and full use f all movies. had i been made aware of this upon my check-in i would have taken this option up. this should have been promoted to me during the check-in process.lloyd

Clean, value for money, polite staffTravelling by myself, i dont want to always go to the bar to eat alone. however, not much choice for room service
