 "Good hotel shame about the noise"
The hotel was good but on the Saturday night the noise from people slamming doors ,shouting and running about was to much. The room was very small but we changed rooms on the Sunday night . The staff were very helpful when we asked to change rooms and about the noise.

 "Cold and Tired"
The room was not as advertised and very cold. When asked for heating we were given a fan heater and then had to ask for an extra blanket. There was constant noise/foot traffic alnight which meant sleep was not an option!

 "OK"
Servive in restaurant was poor. we were only offered water with the meal and were not offered starters or desert on the first night and on the last evening we were told that we could not have a meal even though we did not book out till the following morning.We did complain and was taken next door to the sister hotel which has just had a refurb and they gave us a free bottle of wine with our meal.
