 "Friendly staff"
Pros: Friendly staff. pool and spa excellent. beakfast very good and healthy for full english (bacon is grilled, eggs are poached)
Cons: Rooms are basic. children only allowed in pool at certain times (may be a plus for non families!) but check before booking if you have children
